If I could give more than 5 stars to Advanced Roofing Solutions, I certainly would. This company was referred to me by a friend who used them to put a new roof on his house and his mother’s home. From my first phone call with Joe to the follow-up call from Adam, I knew I did not need to call another company for a quote. The professionalism and respect shown to me was beyond anything I had experienced in quite some time. Adam helped me select a shingle color (quite different from the basic black already on the aged roof) to coordinate with the brick. We scheduled the install date and his crew arrived promptly at 6:30 a.m. ready to begin working. They moved my planters and pots out of the way and covered all the shrubbery, deck, and driveway. Adam was out of the country on vacation and still communicated with me through the entire process. Joe, the owner, came out at the end of the day to check on the situation and made sure I was happy and satisfied. After returning from vacation, Adam came out and showed me the pictures of the condition of the roof after the old shingles were removed. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations, from getting the shingles delivered the day before to my home, to the installation and follow-up so that the old roof could be replaced before the next round of rain storms came through. I’d just like to thank Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC. for the excellent service they provided. Adam and his staff surpassed my expectations. This is the first time I had to file a home insurance claim, and they really set my mind at ease during the whole process. I was worried I’d have to pay much more than what my insurance covered and this wasn’t the case, thank goodness. The roof is beautiful and the quality is much better than other roofing companies. They follow manufacture products CertainTeed guidelines which included upgrades at no additional cost. I also had interior work done and the ceiling repairs were also excellent. They cleaned up the yard and the interior very well which was so nice to come home to. I’d also like to mention that Adam was so flexible and understanding of my son with special needs’ schedule and was so kind and supportive to him. If you’re looking for a superb company for your roofing needs, this is the company to call. You won’t be disappointed.

I would leave 10 stars if they allowed. I had a new roof put on three years ago buy another company. It started to leak almost immediately. They had done such a poor job, I didn’t want to call them back. I asked a friend if she had any recommendations, and she told me her neighbor had Advance Roofing Solutions and she was really pleased. I called and Joe answered and gave me a quote that day. Adam came out the next day and went over everything with me. The crew showed up early in the morning and by 4PM they were through. I can’t say enough about the professional and very respectful crew. Adam took pictures of the tear-down and what all they did every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to everyone who needs a new roof. Thank you so much.

Adam, Sami, and the team were incredible from the moment we called to inquire about an issue after a storm. They were diligent in their inspection and were able to get done the necessary work in an extremely timely matter. They were kind and inviting to our toddler and included him when they could. Cleanup was also done pristinely. Can’t recommend this team enough!

We were referred to Joe & Adam after we had an awful experience with another roofer. My expectations weren’t high. Then these two amazing gentlemen came to our home!! They worked with us with all the back and forth with the insurance and mortgage company. Showed up on time. Protected our home with a netting while they were taking off the shingles. They protected our HVAC systems. I took a picture and I am still showing people how they protected our home. Their crew was clean, efficient, and respectful. Off the chart professionalism from start to finish!! Ohh and they can do it all…we needed gutters, screens, garage doors, deck. We didn’t worry about one thing. Our home looks gorgeous! My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Roofing Solutions.

I had no doubt in my mind Advanced Roofing Solutions was the company I wanted to hire after I got off the phone with them. The pride they take in their business sets them apart from the rest. Five stars isn’t enough to rate the service and attention we got from Adam Kniphfer at Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC.! From the first meeting until the completion of the job, he was in communication with us on the status of the work. We were never left wondering what was happening. The crew was quick, kept our yard safe, and cleaned up after the work was completed. Then Adam personally returned to make a final inspection and found a couple more random nails. Adam came out and gave us an estimate on Thursday, and he and his crew were installing our new roof on Monday! They were all very professional and thoroughly explained all of our options and the process. Advanced Roofing Solutions performed high-quality work and cleaned up all nails and materials once roof was completed. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!
